New Year, New You? Why Not Now?

Banana Berry Smoothie with Soy Protein and Flax
Every year, after Thanksgiving and Christmas, people use the New Year as a time to shed gained pounds, change bad habits or all around change their life! Well, why wait? My goal this year is to avoid too many cookies, yet still enjoy myself. I will accomplish this by eating smart for other meals of the day! ;)

1 banana
1/4 cup frozen mixed berries
2 scoops Soy Protein
1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt Low Fat
Slash of milk or soy milk
3 tbs. Ground Flax seed

It makes enough for two! ;0

So remember this Holiday Season to enjoy yourselves, but eat responsibly. :'p
